ROLLER GUIDE BOX
roller guide box

By using roller guides instead of friction guides on hot mills, the following advantages may be obtained:
bullet   Increased accuracy
  Less scrap
bullet   Reduced operating costs
bullet   Increased output
RKE roller guides can be used for the guiding of many sections such as leader and breakdown ovals, squares, hexagons, and octagons. The roller guide can be used for hand rolling, continuous and repeater rolling, and enable the last method be used even for small leader ovals down to 5mm round. The rolling of large rounds is made much easier by the use of roller guides.
The roller guides are delivered to suit ant type of rest bar.
Rollers are fitted with strongest Ball/ roller bearings. The rollers are from special high- carbon, high- chrome steel.
Fixing and replacement of the entry made from alloy cast iron can be performed to their function quickly.

FIBER BEARING
fiber bearings

Fiber Bearings are moulded from Plastic Laminate of Cotton fabric, bonded with phenol Formaldehyde Resin. It has wide Industrial Applications.
i)   The very low coefficient of friction, when wet, it enables reduction in POWER consumption.
ii)   Being highly resistant to abrasion, it also considerably reduces roll journal wear
iii)   Its large loading capacity brings about higher efficiency of the machine.
iv)   Water, the cheapest lubricant, can be used on the Bearings thus dispensing with the costly use of lubricating oils and / or greases.
v)   The specific gravity of Phenolic Plastic is 1.36, which is approximately 1/5th of any nonferrous metal.
vi)   Machines using Fiber Bearings have longer services, performance and high production efficiency.
